1. Overview

This website is operated by The Digital Guide Collective ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital guides delivered as PDF files. Nothing we sell is a physical product, and nothing is shipped. All prices are in US dollars.

3. Delivery

After a successful purchase you'll receive an email containing a download link, normally within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam and promotions folders, then email onlinepdfstores@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the file directly.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason. You keep the file. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

5. Your licence to use our guides

When you buy a guide, you may read it, print it, and share it with people in your household. You may not resell it, redistribute it publicly, post it for download, or present its contents as your own work.

6. Not professional advice

Our guides are educational and general in nature. The Postpartum Anxiety Toolkit is not medical advice, therapy, or a diagnosis. The Car Buyer's Financing Playbook is not personalised financial, credit, or legal advice. Nothing here creates a professional relationship of any kind. For decisions that affect your health or finances, consult a qualified professional. Where relevant, our guides tell you where to find one.

7. Accuracy

We research our guides against current sources and update them when the underlying facts change. Interest rates, lending practices, and clinical guidance all shift over time. We don't guarantee that every figure will be current at the moment you read it.

8. Pricing and availability

We may change prices, update guides, or withdraw them at any time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

9. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

10. Your account and information

You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
