Email onlinepdfstores@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You don't need to give a reason, though we welcome feedback so we can improve.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund if:

• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
• The product was purchased with a promotional or free code
• There is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or unauthorized redistribution of the product

Subscriptions

For subscription products, the 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
